I absolutely loved my stay! The Two-Bedroom Dual Key Swimout Apartment was spacious, and my kids adored having direct access to the pool right from our terrace. The onsite restaurant offered delicious meals with generous servings, perfect after a long day of family fun.

Pool view was stunning, but room needed attention.

Absolutely loved the Laguna Blue Restaurant at the Oaks Resort! I devoured the best steak ever—so good I had it twice! The close proximity to Nelson Bay was a culinary dream, with Nero Gelato and Sharkys Pizza nearby. The room was cozy, and we enjoyed direct lagoon access from our terrace.

We found it odd that our two-bedroom apartment had separate doors, almost like two apartments.

The lagoon access right from the terrace is a nice touch for a quick dip. Direct access to the pools creates a fun atmosphere for families.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. dust and grime were prominent in multiple areas. The bathroom had visible mould in the shower recess, and the carpets were filthy, filled with dust and dead bugs. The kitchen amenities were poor, with a fridge in poor condition, filthy power points, and broken tiles that remained unrepaired. The hot water lasted only ten minutes at times, which was frustrating. the lack of maintenance and cleanliness in the rooms made the experience disappointing.

We had a grand time here! The big lagoon pool was mighty for a splash about. A wee bummer that the room could've been cleaner, but the location was perfect for a stroll to the shops. Would come back for sure!

Can't recommend highly enough for a quick break

Spacious apartment, convenient kitchenette, with access to a well-maintained gym and outdoor swimming pool, made my stay enjoyable and comfortable for exploring the area.

Our one-night stay in the hotel room with a pool view was really nice! The bed was comfy, and we loved the view of the pool. The staff were super friendly and even greeted us with a bottle of wine and chocolate, which was a sweet surprise. Just a bummer we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the amenities!

Had a wonderful 4-night stay! The plunge pool in our villa was a hit with the kids, and the overall amenities were impressive. the kitchen equipment was slightly lacking in quality.

The amenities, the spaciousness, the convenience of kitchenette was grewt.
